Interestingly he covers why we see so many people named “Herod” in the bible and the history the Roman Governor named Felix who Paul was surrendered to. Pastor Phillip also points out Paul’s tact in finding the most engaging way to share the gospel with this Roman official and how he used Old Testament prophecy as a basis for doing so.
