HE IS RISEN! – HE IS RISEN INDEED! This Easter celebration is something that we all have the opportunity to celebrate every single Sunday. Pastor Phillip reminds us of this in today’s sermon. However, on this day, we take set aside the time to celebrate the day our Lord was raised from the dead and that we were given victory over death, sin and the grave. Pastor Phillip points out though that victory through resurrection isn’t celebrated unless there is first death and suffering. Taking the opportunity to observe Paul’s life goal in Philippians 3:10-11, he takes us on a journey of exploring what a life looks like completely opposite to Paul’s desire to show us how important these aspects are to attaining the resurrection of Christ.
