Pastor Phillip illustrates how Jesus was warning the Jews of the events to come through this example of the fig tree and its withering away at His command. God has been desiring the fruits of repentance unto life from His people but they continued to resist. Connecting this to our own lives, Pastor Phillip helps us realize that God also desires fruits from our lives: the fruits of the Spirit, discipleship, etc.
