In today’s teaching, Pastor Nathan speaks on some of Jesus’ most counter-cultural words: “love your enemies”. Looking at the context of the Jews vexation with the Romans in the 1st century we glean an understanding of why this would have been so shocking to those listening at that time, and why it still is today. But understanding these attributes of the Kingdom of God are so important to us as disciples of Jesus, and the reason why we begin to unpack in this message.
